Field inspections as per PGS-India standard guidelines
Post activation of registration of the Local Groups of farmers registered with the Centre, field inspection is being conducted as per PGS-India standard norms. The field inspection from the Regional Council is being conducted once after the registration process has been completed followed by once-a-year annual inspection. Moreover, unannounced field inspections can also be conducted as and when required in order to ensure the organic integrity of the system is not compromised.
